What is cooperative divorce?

Cooperative Divorce is similar to Collaborative Divorce, but without the attorney disqualification provision.
In a Cooperative Divorce parties and their attorneys work together to reach mutually agreeable solutions with an emphasis on minimizing conflict and avoiding escalation.

While unproductive aggression and posturing is discouraged, in the event of impasse, the parties can utilize the court process to resolve matters.
